Noon-ish

It's almost noon of Day 1. I just stretched (which I think hindered more than helped, I am so un-limber it's ridiculous, heh) and then shot baskets at the apartment gym for about 10 minutes. Then, I jogged for about 15 minutes. Nothing too hard, just a little sweat and a little out of breath for a few minutes. Easy. And I've drank about 16 ounces of water and 1 and a half servings of protein shake. Feeling good. I have to do some homework and go to class soon. I'm planning to work out with my friend Chad this afternoon, so that should get a nice pump going. So, I'll update later today. Thanks for following!

  1. Good luck to you. It's hard work, but I know you can do it. The hardest step is getting started. I'm behind you all the way!!! Bryan and I can attest to the difficulties of "bringing it" everyday, but it is worth it.

  2. Thanks Shawna! I know you and Bryan are P90'ing it up and I know that has to be killer. I just gotta keep thinking how much better I will feel and look a couple months down the line. Thanks for the support. I know Mr. Horton will keep on ya! :)
